Analyze a patient-provider interaction regarding the legal and ethical issues involved.
Description: Analyze a healthcare situation(s) from the news or personal experience regarding the legal and ethical issues involved. An actual or hypothetical situation may be used for example. Any actual situation should be presented as a hypothetical one, with any names and other identifying information changed to protect anonymity. Briefly and clearly summarize the situation. Your analysis should include a) any implications for the healthcare provider(s) and patient(s). If the situation was written in the news or a publication, also attach a copy of the written document to your response. Your work needs to clearly demonstrate the ability to analyze the effects of values and ethical reasoning on professional outcomes in terms of communication and conflict resolution. b) a discussion of the legal and ethical issues involved, including HIPAA and an indication of legal and/or ethical adherence and violations.

ESSAY GUIDELINES -:
Write a 1000-1500-word essay addressing each of the following points. Be sure to completely answer all the questions for each bullet point. There should be two main sections, one for each bullet below. Separate each section in your paper with a clear heading that allows your professor to know which bullet you are addressing in that section of your paper.
Support your ideas with at least three (3) sources using citations in your essay. Make sure to cite using the APA writing style for the essay. The cover page and reference page in correct APA do not count towards the minimum word amount. Review the rubric criteria for this assignment.
